We are seeking a number of experienced and committed Residential Support Workers to join a newly established children's facility in the Oldham area.

Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a new team to establish a safe and nurturing home-like environment for children and young people.
- Provide 24-hour care and support for all residents.
- Personal care may be necessary based on individual child needs.
- Availability for night shifts and on-call duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent is desirable.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience supporting children and young people with additional needs.
- Willingness to pursue a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare is essential, with support provided.
- Completion of all mandatory training, including Team Teach Level 2, is required for successful candidates.
- Experience and understanding of challenging behaviours are essential.
- A fully enhanced DBS on the update service is required; assistance with application for a new DBS can be provided.
- Prior experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) such as Autism and Learning Disabilities is essential.
- Compliance with all relevant checks and provision of necessary documentation is mandatory.
- Submission of a comprehensive CV, including any gaps in employment, is required.
