- Assisting the Service Manager by offering information, advice, and guidance to empower the team in delivering individualized care and achieving positive outcomes for our residents.
- Collaborating with support workers to ensure the timely and accurate completion of daily documentation, care plans, and other essential records that ensure the safety and well-being of our tenants.
- Leading efforts to foster positive relationships among colleagues, tenants, families, friends, and other professionals.
- Serving as a role model, inspiring the team to excel by employing creative approaches to achieve person-centered support and solution-focused practices.
- Facilitating professional development by ensuring all mandatory training requirements for the team are met and up to date.
