Job Summary

Canon EMEA is seeking a highly skilled Domain Process Owner to lead the Order to Cash process in the Finance department. As a key liaison between National Sales Organizations and Regional Sales Headquarters, you will be responsible for developing process improvements and managing the Outsource Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement world-class processes and controls to provide accurate and timely results and information.
  • Ensure processing accords to J-US GAAP and company policy, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of transactions.
  • Monitor and manage the service levels of the OTC with the Outsourced Partner.
  • Implement and manage the Policy & Authorization Matrix, approving user access to European OTC systems and reporting platforms.
  • Identify opportunities in the OTC IT systems and business processes that are ripe for automation.
  • Manage archiving strategy and document retention.
  • Evaluate controls and manage ineffective controls to resolution, including the Outsource partners SOC1 report evaluation.
Requirements
  • Order to cash and e-commerce experience.
  • Accounting experience.
  • Experience managing internal/external shared services.
  • International business experience (J-US GAAP/IFRS/Local GAAP).
  • Good personal skills.
  • Travel as required to the Outsource Partners and Canon EMEA NSOs.
  • Good communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Influential in a matrix organization.
