We are seeking a professional Chef de Partie/Junior Sous to complement our fine dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a real passion for food, a flair for culinary skills, and take pride in serving high-quality dishes to our customers.

• Set up the kitchen prior to the restaurant opening, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
• Manage supplies at the cooking stations, maintaining a well-stocked and organized kitchen environment.
• Prepare ingredients for frequent use, ensuring a seamless food preparation process.
• Prepare food orders as they come in, working efficiently to meet customer demands.
• Control and manage stock levels, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to strict health and safety standards.

• Previous experience in a Chef de Partie role, with a proven track record of culinary skills and knowledge.
• Ability to work as part of a team, communicating effectively and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Proven ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of best cooking practices, with a focus on quality and presentation.
• Proven organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Food Hygiene certificate, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
