Main Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming staff queries and requests via telephone, live chat, and online portal
- Manage computer access and create NHS Registration Authority Accounts and Smartcards
- Liaise with technicians and other IM&T staff to progress IT user requests
- Support the creation of guidance and process documentation
