About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Valuation Surveyor/Registered Valuer to join our team at FINVISE. As a key member of our RICS Valuation (Audit) Team, you will play a crucial role in developing, improving, and auditing AI-generated, Hybrid RICS valuation reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor AI-generated Valuation outputs in the context of market conditions and other data sources.
  • Collaborate with the FINVISE Tech Team to enhance algorithm accuracy.
  • Report on real estate market trends, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Ensure valuations comply with RICS industry standards and RICS ethical guidelines.
  • Collaborate with FINVISE clients on the seamless provision of different outputs.
  • Contribute to the development of valuation report templates.
  • Liaise with the RICS and other regulators on compliance and regulations.
Requirements
  • RICS-qualified valuation surveyor with VRS accreditation (MRICS/FRICS & Registered Valuer) with at least two years of PQE.
  • Thorough understanding of regulatory compliance requirements, particularly in relation to RICS Red Book guidelines.
  • Detailed knowledge and experience of modern valuation tools and techniques.
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Experience in creating and checking both on-site and desktop-based property valuation reports.
  • Knowledge of the UK Residential market, especially in English cities such as London, Manchester, Birmingham, etc.
  • Knowledge of the UK mortgage lending market would be a strong advantage.
  • Experience in commercial valuations.
  • Previous start-up experience or interest in working in a FinTech/PropTech start-up.
