Job Summary:
JMC Aviation is seeking a highly skilled NDT Technician to join their team at a leading MRO company based in the UK. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the NDT process to customer demand within the workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize the integrated quality management system to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and maintain technique method sheets for the testing of components.
- Conduct thorough testing and verification of the condition of a diverse range of components passing through the NDT area.
- Attend internal and external training courses to maintain and develop the relevance of their certification.
- Continuously monitor operating methods to facilitate both qualitative and qualitative improvements in the service provided to the customer.
- Work within established company policies, procedures, and agreements.
Requirements:
- Aerospace Apprenticeship preferred.
- NDT theory and practice (Eddy Current L2/Magnetic Particle Inspection L2/Liquid (Dye) Penetrant L2/Ultrasonic Testing L2).
- Component inspection experience.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar business software, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
