**Job Summary**

M Group Services Limited T/A Magdalene Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecoms Field Engineer to join our team in Belfast. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of telecoms equipment, as well as providing first-line support and maintenance services to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Installation and commissioning of telecoms equipment, including RF feeder, electrical, fibre optic, and copper cables
  • Performing industry-standard testing on telecoms and antenna systems
  • Equipment installation and commissioning across various projects
  • Wiring and connection of DC power to telecoms equipment to required standards and regulations
  • First-line support and troubleshooting of customer equipment, including mobile network equipment, data-comms equipment, switching equipment, VOIP lines, and building management systems
  • Planned preventative maintenance
  • Completion of site surveys to enable installation

**Requirements**

  • Previous work as a junior or field engineer in the telecoms sector
  • Driving for work or managing a company vehicle
  • Previous electrical or mechanical work
  • A strong set of IT skills, including Microsoft Office products, basic DOS commands, mobile phone work apps, and online timesheets
