We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Gerontologist to join our prestigious NHS Trust in London. As a key member of our Clinical Gerontology department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of innovative pathways of care.
Our Trust operates an integrated approach to General Medicine and Geriatric Medicine, with a mix of geriatric acute beds and dedicated specialty beds for the care of complex older adults. We offer opportunities for sub-specialty interests and academic research, making this an ideal position for those looking to advance their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of innovative pathways of care
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent leadership and support
- Participate in academic research and contribute to the development of new treatments and therapies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care and support for patients
