About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandise Admin Assistant to join our Branch Merchandising team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our stores have the right products at the right time.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Allocate stock to stores in line with our assortment plans and trading activities.
  • Execute allocations accurately, adhering to standard quantities and trading parameters.
  • Manage line print effectively.
  • Support the Assistant Branch Merchandiser and Branch Merch Leads with administrative tasks and reporting.
  • Assist with Inter Store Transfers, recalls, and stock builds.
  • Strive for excellence through continuous checking, reflection, and questioning.
  • Collaborate with the Core Merchandising team to ensure range strategy execution.
  • Build knowledge of the wider trading landscape to prioritize top-performing stores.
  • Support focus store actions and projects.

About You

  • You have a retail background and are looking to build a career in Merchandising.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and excellent numerical abilities.
  • You can multitask, prioritize, and take personal responsibility for delivering results.
  • You are a strong communicator, both written and verbal.
  • You are willing to learn new skills and implement them quickly.
  • You are enthusiastic, confident, and able to interact well with people at all levels.
  • You have excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • You have high attention to detail.
