About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rig Services Engineer to join our team at Team Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our drilling equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the maintenance of drilling equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with our drilling contractor to ensure that maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with our company's standards and procedures.
  • Monitor and review maintenance activities to ensure that they are aligned with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to our operations team to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in drilling equipment maintenance and operations.
  • Strong technical knowledge of drilling equipment and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Desired Qualifications
  • Engineering or science-based qualification.
  • Project management qualification.
  • Experience working in a client/operator environment.
