We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Head Porter at Wilson Vale. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our facilities, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, emptying bins, and general cleaning.
- Ensure all areas are clean and tidy, and maintain high standards of food hygiene and health and safety.
- Responsible for checking off and putting away deliveries and general stock takes.
- Provide excellent customer service and social skills, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals and objectives.
**Requirements**
- Previous experience working in a similar role and environment.
- Highly organized and comfortable working in a high-pressured environment.
- Excellent customer service and social skills.
- Basic food knowledge.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
