Daily responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all personnel receive thorough debriefings and that all documentation meets compliance standards

  • Communicating with retail locations to update them on any delivery challenges
  • Resolving any issues or concerns that may occur during the overnight shift

Qualifications for success at GXO:

  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with tachograph regulations and knowledge of the Working Time Directive (WTD) is beneficial
  • Previous experience in a comparable transport administration position is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • A positive and enthusiastic demeanor
