Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our team in our Sloane Square boutique. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in luxury retail and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining visual and merchandising standards, and driving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Combine knowledge of the brand with engaging personal manner to provide tailored advice and recommendations to customers.
    • Form and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat custom and achieve sales targets.
  • Visual and Merchandising Standards
    • Proactively maintain visual and merchandising standards within the store.
  • Business Acumen
    • Be numerate and have an awareness of business targets and ability to ensure stock control and reports are met.
    • Liaise with Head Office with regards to stock and fulfilling customer requests.
  • Event Support
    • Assist with in-store promotional events.

About You

To be successful, you must have:

  • A proven background with luxury retail experience.
  • Strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
  • A team player with demonstrable examples of delivering results by working collaboratively.
  • Great time management and ability to prioritize.
  • Flexible with regards to working patterns, including weekend working.
  • A positive, can-do attitude.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the need of the business.
