Job Title: Excel Administrator - Materials Planning Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Excel Administrator to join our team at CMS - Recruitment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in materials planning and procurement, with advanced Excel skills and experience in using SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry and management using Microsoft Excel
- Use of in-house systems such as SAP (Training provided)
- Liaising with the in-house supply chain, procurement and buying professionals
- Reporting material availability and departmental performance to senior management
- Ensuring availability of components across the BOM structure
Requirements:
- Competent in the use of Microsoft programs
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
- Confident communicating over the phone
Working Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Greenwich, SE10
Contract Type: Long-term contract
Salary: £10-£11 per hour (plus free parking and access to on-site gym facilities)
