Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced PCB Assemblers to join our team due to an increase in production demands. As a PCB Assembler, you will be responsible for undertaking PCB builds and soldering to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Soldering and Assembly: Proficient in soldering and assembly techniques, with a focus on quality and precision.
  • IPC Standards: Ability to work to IPC standards, ensuring high-quality PCB builds.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Hand and Eye Coordination: Good hand and eye coordination, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
  • Instruction Following: Ability to follow and work to instructions, with a focus on quality and productivity.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in PCB assembly and soldering
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work to quality standards
