About Our Client:

Our client is a dynamic and innovative organisation in the electronics industry, specialising in producing cutting-edge and high-quality electronic products. With a commitment to excellence, they are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PCB Assembly Operator to join their team on a temporary basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble a wide range of standard parts, semi-products, and/or components, with a focus on electronic assemblies.
  • Perform revolving operations for electronic parts or components on assemblies or sub-assemblies.
  • Organise your own hand stock and monitor parts availability, selecting and using components appropriately according to production plans.
  • Utilise specific equipment and specialised tools to maintain functionality.
  • Conduct quality control checks and solve routine manufacturing problems.

Essential Skills:

  • Previous experience competently modifying complex PCBs.
  • Ability to wire and assemble complex PCB assemblies, operate spray varnish equipment, and solder components.

Desirable Skills:

  • Ability to operate Optical Inspection Equipment (AOI).
  • Awareness of Lean & 5s principles and methodology.

Technologies:

  • Knowledge of electronic components and their functions.
