About the Role
The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join its Finance team as a Finance Apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to develop their skills and knowledge in financial management and contribute to the Trust's mission to provide excellent care to the communities it serves.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in various financial duties, including raising invoices, answering budget manager queries, and analyzing data.
- Contribute to the development of financial management skills and knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with the Finance team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
- 5 GCSEs 9-4 (A* - C) or equivalent, including Maths and English Language.
- Able to carry out detailed financial calculations and analysis.
- Willing to undertake and complete a Level 3 Assistant Accountant Apprenticeship within 18 months.
