  • Comprehend all service orders prior to commencing work.
  • Notify the Workshop Controller of any additional repairs or parts required for customer consent.
  • Safeguard customer vehicles from potential damage during service.
  • Complete necessary paperwork for warranty services and protect warranty components.
  • Render unusable any displaced parts designated for disposal.
  • Maintain specialized tools and equipment in optimal condition.
  • Keep workspaces organized and free of clutter.
  • Adhere to HMUK safety regulations while performing duties.
  • Accurately prepare technical reports for Hyundai inspections.
  • Deliver high-quality workmanship to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work efficiently as demonstrated in Hyundai's Monthly Dealer Reports.
Candidate Profile
  • Preference for candidates with Master Technician or equivalent qualifications.
  • Possession of IMI Level 4 certification.
  • Previous experience in a Franchised Dealership environment.
  • Valid and clean UK Driving License.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized work approach.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate.
