Corporate Tax Lawyer (Legal Director/Partner level)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Lawyer to join our Corporate team at Dobson Welch Recruitment Specialists. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates upwards of 7 years PQE to head up and grow a tax team either at Legal Director or Partner level.

The successful candidate will have expertise in advising on a range of corporate tax matters including Mergers and Acquisitions, corporate restructuring and Real Estate. They will have exposure to high profile clients in a wide range of sectors, collaborating with colleagues across various practice areas to ensure tax efficient structuring of complex commercial transactions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of UK Tax laws and regulations and excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising on corporate tax matters, including Mergers and Acquisitions and corporate restructuring
  • Providing tax advice to high profile clients across a range of sectors
  • Collaborating with colleagues across various practice areas to ensure tax efficient structuring of complex commercial transactions
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Requirements:

  • 7+ years PQE in corporate tax
  • Extensive knowledge of UK Tax laws and regulations
  • Excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
