Process Engineer Job Description

A leading manufacturer of bespoke precision components for the aerospace industry is seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join their growing automation department.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Optimize Automation Operations: Improve daily automation operational metrics within the business.
  2. Implement Lean Manufacturing Practices: Develop and maintain Lean Manufacturing practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  3. Automation Investments and Robot Programming: Involve in Automation investments, robot programming, and additive manufacturing to drive business growth.
  4. Fixture and Tooling Development: Support the development of fixtures and tooling using CAD software to improve manufacturing processes.
  5. Technical Documentation: Responsible for technical documentation, including CAPEX, SWPs, and Training Matrixes to ensure compliance and knowledge sharing.

The ideal candidate will have experience with industrial robot programming, hardware design evaluation, and a strong focus on Health & Safety within a manufacturing environment.
