Key Responsibilities- Assist the Registered Manager in leading the team and deputising for them in their absence.
- Lead your team to provide extraordinary, person-centred support, ensuring the safety and well-being of the individuals we support.
- Develop and implement professionally designed support plans that genuinely improve the quality of everyday life.
- Act as a role model and mentor to the team, facilitating collaborative working and sound judgment.

- Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care or working towards it.
