About the Role

We are seeking a talented Video Creator to join our team at Play Sports Network, the largest and fastest-growing cycling media company and community in the world. As a Video Creator, you will play a crucial role in developing and producing high-quality content for our GCN Channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Filming and recording shoots, both in the UK and abroad, to capture engaging content for our channels.
  • Using your creativity to film content that reflects our brand and the GCN Channels, while working closely with our Presenters and Production Coordinators.
  • Editing and assembling footage using Adobe Premiere Pro, ensuring that the final product is suitable for publishing on our channels.
  • Travelling to shoots, handling and looking after company filming equipment, and liaising with our team to ensure smooth production.
  • Working with our Graphic Designers and Motion Graphic Designers to ensure that graphics are ready on schedule, and collaborating with our Audience Development team to provide them with cuts for thumbnails and images for social media channels.
Requirements
  • Experience with location and studio filming, as well as proficiency with video editing software – Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Skilled road cyclist, confident with filming content from the back of a bike, and riding in road locations for shoots.
  • Comfortable shooting video, operating lights and audio equipment, and working in a fast-paced environment.
