Project Scope
We are seeking a Senior Cost Consultant to support an ongoing multi-million pound, UK-wide capital works and BAU/lifecycle programme beyond 2028. The successful candidate will work across a diverse estate, delivering design and construction of fit-out, refurbishment, and alteration projects in a live environment.
The Role
Senior Cost Consultant
The Senior Cost Consultant will be responsible for end-to-end service delivery, often with respect to large and complex commissions covering both private and public sector clients. The successful candidate will ensure that client objectives are met through the delivery of a value-added cost management service.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies, business cases, and write procurement reports.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies that support the strategic intent and aspirations of the Authority.
- Work closely with technical and construction partners to deliver projects that meet client objectives.
- Ensure that commercial arrangements are in place to complement the new Estates operating model.
