We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Livewell Southwest CIC, specializing in Later Life Mental Health Services. As a key member of our community mental health team, you will play a vital role in providing psychological support to individuals in later life with mental health difficulties.
Key Responsibilities- Provide community-based psychological services to individuals in later life, including assessment, formulation, and intervention.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to inform treatment decisions.
- Provide consultation and supervision to other professionals within the team.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including families, carers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Qualified Clinical Psychologist (D.Clin. Psych or equivalent) and registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC).
- Experience of conducting psychological assessments, interventions, and evaluations.
- Experience of working in a multidisciplinary team and providing consultation and supervision.
- Excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to integrate complex data, make highly skilled evaluations, and decisions, and take a long-term perspective.
