Job Title: Advanced Healthcare Practitioner

Job Summary:

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Healthcare Practitioner to join their Safeguarding Team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will work full-time for Achieving for Children, based in Kingston.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement excellent practice across the organization, with a focus on the Safeguarding Team.
  • Manage a complex caseload of Child Protection, pre-proceedings, and court cases.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Service, Case Progression Officer, Legal Department, and senior leadership team to ensure a joined-up approach to practice development.
  • Support the use of the Signs of Safety and Wellbeing framework across Social Care, and utilize direct tools for working with children and young people.
  • Contribute to developing and leading a culture of partnership and innovation, ensuring services are child-focused, flexible, and adaptable.
