Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly payroll input data for countries outside the UK and Slovenia, collaborating with local payroll providers to ensure compliance with local specifics.
  • Stay up-to-date with payroll tax laws and regulations, implementing necessary changes to payroll processes as required.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports and filings, working closely with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support the development of our global compensation and benefits policy, ensuring it's implemented and followed globally.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits, aligned with local policies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in a global or multi-country role, benefits management, or compensation and benefits field.
  • Strong capabilities in payroll processing and benefits administration, with experience in systems like Lattice, Paycom, UKG, and ADP.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations, with a motivation to expand your expertise in this area.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
