About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional to join our team as a Governance & Compliance Manager. As a key member of our Executive Team, you will provide strategic advice and support to our Boards and Committees, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide governance and compliance advice to the Executive Team and Boards

Requirements

  • Qualified company secretary/solicitor or equivalent experience
