Job Title: Accounts Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Finance Manager with various financial tasks, including processing purchase ledger invoices, credit notes, and sales ledger invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Finance Manager with financial tasks, including processing invoices and credit notes
  • Reconcile and match supplier invoices
  • Process purchase ledger invoices and credit notes
  • Assist with sales ledger invoices

Requirements:

  • Accounts Assistant or similar experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in SAP or similar accounting software
