Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facilities management team, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of facilities managers to ensure that all services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that facilities management services are aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure that service delivery is meeting expectations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in facilities management, preferably with experience in a senior management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and reduce costs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
