Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve our brand standards for food and operations, prioritizing the guest experience.

  • Support the development of other team members through training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Adhere to food safety standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
