Front of House Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring that every customer has a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding guest service, ensuring that every customer feels welcome and valued.
  • Process guest orders efficiently and accurately, using our POS system.
  • Deliver orders to the kitchen and assist in preparing and packing food and beverages.
  • Ensure that all orders are complete and ready for guests, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Adhere to brand standards and maintain a clean and tidy environment, ensuring a positive experience for guests.
