About Our Client:
Our client provides a nurturing environment where individuals receive the support they need. They operate a short stay service with a focus on delivering high-quality care and support.
Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will have significant supervisory experience in social care, with a proven track record of managing staff teams effectively. They will be adept at liaising with external stakeholders and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of care staff to ensure high-quality care and support is delivered.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including families and healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Conduct thorough staff inductions and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement care plans.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable supervisory experience in the social care sector.
- Proven track record of managing staff teams effectively.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with external stakeholders.
- Experience in conducting thorough staff inductions.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
Salary: £32,650 per annum
