Group Exercise Instructor - BATTLEBOX

We are seeking instructors for our innovative BATTLEBOX program. This outdoor fitness experience is designed to help participants burn calories while enjoying the benefits of fresh air and sunshine. With a diverse range of training sessions, our instructors can expect variety and excitement in their classes, including: 'WARRIOR' - A workout inspired by the challenges and techniques used in Obstacle Course Racing, such as Spartan and Tough Mudder. 'ATHLETIC' - This session focuses on developing essential athletic skills like speed, strength, power, and cardiovascular fitness. 'STRONG' - A unique approach to strength training that pushes participants to challenge their limits. 'PLAY' - A family-friendly workout designed for ages 8 and up, fostering fun through games and challenges. Our goal is to ignite enthusiasm for fitness while ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants. What qualifications and skills are required? Candidates should possess a minimum of a current L2 or L3 CIMSPA qualification. It is essential to stay updated with industry standards and prioritize safety in every class. Strong communication skills are necessary to build rapport and motivate participants. Instructors should be adaptable, recognizing that every individual has unique needs and abilities. Reliability, professionalism, and creativity are key attributes, as is the ability to keep classes engaging and energetic. What benefits can you expect?
