As a Care Operations Manager, you will be pivotal in a significant transformation within our organizational framework, driving a comprehensive approach to leadership alongside our Practice and Wellbeing Leader. You will collaborate closely with a team of Care Operations Managers to ensure smooth operations throughout our organization.

Your Objective:

Your objective is straightforward: to advocate for person-centred care at every opportunity. You will be the catalyst for delivering exceptional services to the individuals we support, ensuring that their distinct needs and preferences are central to our operations. From managing schedules and staffing to overseeing data management and more, your role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities. We are looking for individuals who excel in data-driven settings, possessing excellent organizational and time management capabilities. Familiarity with scheduling software such as Access People Planner is highly advantageous.

Main Purpose:

The Care Operations Manager plays a crucial role in effectively overseeing The Action Group's Care at Home and Housing Support Service operations for both Children and Adult Services. This position will focus on schedule management, financial oversight, and the efficient processing of essential business information. Each Care Operations Manager will be accountable for critical operations in a specific area, ensuring that staff schedules meet the needs of those we support, comply with regulations, and maintain high standards of service delivery. The Care Operations Manager also fosters staff wellbeing by ensuring schedules are planned and communicated in advance and adhere to our scheduling standards. This role involves teamwork, performance evaluation, and identifying areas for improvement to enhance our operations.
