Hott Source is seeking an experienced Client Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for managing well-known client accounts, ensuring their projects are executed with excellence and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Project Oversight: Manage and coordinate projects and briefs from inception through to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations and are delivered on time.
- Time Management: Prioritize tasks efficiently to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
- Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Generating Quotations: Prepare and submit detailed quotations for projects for client approval, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Cost Savings and Efficiency: Analyse current processes and expenditures to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies, maximising value for both the company and clients.
- Quoting for New Opportunities: Develop and generate competitive quotes for potential projects.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing multiple client accounts
- Experience overseeing and translating client briefs for marketing solutions
- Experience within the sector
- Experience with financial and budget management
- Experience in and knowledge of print
- Extensive experience communicating with clients and customers
- Experience in Business Development is desirable but not essential
