French-Speaking Medical Information Consultant

Thermo Fisher Scientific is on the lookout for a French-speaking Medical Information Consultant to enhance our team in the UK. In this pivotal role within our Medical Communications division, you will be instrumental in delivering medical information services to healthcare providers, patients, and regulatory bodies.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Address medical inquiries through various communication channels while ensuring accurate documentation
  • Provide non-promotional information regarding pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and patients
  • Document adverse events and product complaints in alignment with established guidelines
  • Keep abreast of current corporate policies and procedures
  • Participate in team and client meetings
  • Conduct quality reviews and fulfill other assigned responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a medical or life sciences discipline (e.g., Medicine, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Dentistry)
  • Proficiency in French (both spoken and written)
  • Strong communication skills in English

Familiarity with computer systems, exceptional organizational and time management abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a customer service-oriented mindset.
