Job Title: Senior Commercial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join our team at Veolia. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing the commercial relationship with clients, ensuring the protection of our commercial interests, and leading and mentoring staff within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the commercial relationship with clients to ensure mutual benefit and satisfaction
  • Develop and implement effective cost control mechanisms to ensure profitability
  • Lead and mentor staff within the team to ensure high performance and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with all HSEQ and statutory regulations
  • Provide timely and good quality management reports to the senior leadership team

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in client management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving
  • Relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Thorough knowledge of forms of contract, including NEC
  • Experience working for a main contractor, preferably in the energy sector
