Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver High-Quality Service: Handle requests related to Employee Services processes, adhering to service level specifications and accuracy measures.
  • Meet Quality Standards: Achieve individual and team quality performance measures and standards.
  • Resolve Queries: Respond to and resolve email and telephone queries, providing relevant advice in line with policy.
  • Take Ownership: Take ownership and responsibility of requests and queries from initial request to resolution.
  • Build Relationships: Build and develop effective and collaborative relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure procedures and policies are adhered to, including data protection and confidentiality guidelines.
  • Support Improvement: Support continuous improvement projects and implementation of new processes within the Employee Services Team.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven customer service experience.
  • Administrative Background: Strong administration background.
  • HR Knowledge: Knowledge of HR administration is desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communications skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize and organize own workload.
  • IT Skills: Intermediate IT skills, in particular MS Word and MS Excel, and knowledge of MS Access.
  • Education: Minimum 4 GCSE's at Grade C or above, including Mathematics and English.
