GS2 Partnership is seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Advisor to join their team. As a key member of the HSE function, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on health, safety, and environmental matters across two sites in Reading and Windsor.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to develop their skills and experience in a dynamic and innovative company that prioritizes operational excellence and staff wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide health, safety, and environmental advice to operational and leadership teams
  • Form relationships with stakeholders to empower a positive HSE culture
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
  • Monitor and report on health and safety performance
  • Collaborate with the Regional Health and Safety Manager to drive HSE initiatives
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Health and safety experience in NHS, care, charity, or similar sectors
  • Self-motivated and ambitious individual with a passion for delivering operational excellence
