Job Summary:
Adjusting Appointments Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Loss Adjuster to join our Major Loss Team. As a Senior Loss Adjuster, you will be responsible for managing complex claims, including flood damage and business interruption claims, and providing a high-quality, professional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an active caseload of predominantly commercial claims over £100k in value, often containing material damage and business interruption matters.
- Work closely with other business streams and third parties, such as the Casualty/Liability team or local government and emergency services, to deliver a seamless service to clients.
- Conduct thorough investigations and provide detailed reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the delivery of a high-quality service.
About You:
- You will have a strong commercial property adjusting background and be ACILA qualified.
- You will have experience of managing complex claims and providing a high-quality service to clients.
- You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You will be able to travel regularly throughout Cambridgeshire and surrounding counties.
