The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and education to our young learners.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to the unique needs and interests of our children.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our nursery's policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early years education.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery.
- A Level 3 or above qualification in Childcare or a related field.
- At least 6 months of experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.
- Availability to work between 8am and 6pm, with a minimum of 1 day and up to 5 days per week.
- Flexibility to adapt to different age groups and learning needs.
- A passion for outdoor learning and a willingness to engage in physical activities.
