About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Specialist to join our Corporate team at GB001 Marsh Ltd. As a Claims Specialist, you will play a key role in providing specialized insurance claims services to our clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with corporate and commercial clients to provide insight on trends and analysis, and make recommendations to reduce the frequency and severity of claims.
  • Deliver risk management advice to improve client competencies in mitigating the cost, the risk, and the impact of claims.
  • Develop new products for our claims product suite.
  • Promote our claims product suite to businesses and clients.
  • Support GB001 Marsh Ltd in achieving expanded revenue targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all operational processes.
  • Demonstrate commitment to continuous personal development and secure recognized professional qualification.
Requirements
  • Detailed understanding of EL/PL/Motor and Commercial property claims processes.
  • Articulate and excellent customer service skills with clients at all levels.
  • Experience within a commercial claims environment, with a broker or insurer.
  • Excellent understanding and experience of the UK commercial insurance market and processes.
  • Outstanding personal organization skills for diary management and reports.
