Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, providing appropriate care and treatment.
  • Administer vaccinations and immunizations effectively.
  • Manage chronic disease clinics and conduct comprehensive health screenings.
  • Assist with minor surgical procedures as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records diligently.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Provide valuable health education and support to patients.
  • Adhere strictly to clinical protocols and guidelines.

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • Registered Nurse qualification with a valid NMC PIN is essential.
  • Proven experience as a Practice Nurse is required.
  • Competence in a range of clinical skills, including vaccinations, wound care, and chronic disease management, is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the practice is highly desirable.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current healthcare practices and regulations is necessary.
