We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Duty Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxurious spa, ensuring an exceptional experience for all residents and guests. You will play a vital role in fostering a welcoming and vibrant community within the spa environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and guests, exceeding their expectations at every interaction.
  • Cultivate a thriving and engaging community within the spa, promoting a sense of belonging and shared enjoyment.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the spa effectively during your shift, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Actively seek new clients and opportunities to expand your personal training and/or massage client base.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider residential estate team to provide a seamless and exceptional experience for all residents.
  • Conduct Personal Training sessions to contribute to achieving site targets and support resident fitness goals.

Requirements

  • REPs Level 3 qualification (Level 2 will be considered).
  • A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and clients.
  • Previous experience within the luxury gym/spa/hotel industry is highly desirable.
