Experienced Bartender Wanted for Aston Villa Football Club

We are seeking an experienced bartender to join our team at Aston Villa Football Club for the 2024/2025 season.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard
- Work effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service
- Upsell premium drink options and recommend drinks and food pairings
- Have a good understanding of spirits, wine, and beer
- Be confident in dealing with allergens and procedures
- Hold RSA certification and be able to use correct glassware and garnishes
- Be able to change kegs and gas lines
- Have excellent organisation, tidiness, and cleanliness skills
- Be happy to jump into any job role to help out
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a bartender or 1 year in a Michelin-starred restaurant
- Ability to commit to 90% of match days for the season
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to remain calm and collected under pressure
- Confidence in interacting with teammates and guests
- Understanding of cocktails and fine dining food terminology
