Job Description

Constellation Careers is seeking an experienced bartender to join our team at Aston Villa Football Club for the upcoming season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Upsell premium drink options and recommend drinks and food pairings
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace at all times

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a bartender or 1 year in a Michelin-starred restaurant
  • Confident in setting up and operating a bar
  • Good knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer
  • Ability to work well under pressure and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
