About the Role:
We are looking for a committed and skilled Production Supervisor to oversee operations in a prominent food manufacturing organization. This position is perfect for those who excel in a dynamic setting and are dedicated to maintaining efficient production workflows during the evening hours.
As a Production Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to manage the production team, ensuring adherence to quality standards and enhancing operational efficiency throughout the evening shift.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and inspire production personnel to meet output goals while upholding safety and quality standards.
2. Oversee production workflows, making necessary adjustments to maximize performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols.
3. Conduct routine inspections and evaluations to verify adherence to company policies and health regulations.
4. Develop and enforce operational guidelines to maintain consistency and best practices.
5. Analyze production metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective measures as needed.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
1. Demonstrated experience as a Production Supervisor or in a comparable role within a manufacturing setting.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of production methodologies, quality assurance, and health and safety standards.
3. Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of effectively managing and motivating teams.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, focused on enhancing operational performance.
5. Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Relevant educational background in manufacturing, food science, or a related discipline is preferred.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time evening shift role from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
