About the Role

The WWC Administrator will work closely with the WWC team to deliver an exceptional experience for participants and volunteers across the WWC programme. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support for various elements of the WWC programme, including travel logistics, event organisation, programme marketing, social media channels, student application processing, and reporting.
  • Acting as one of the first points of contact for students and providing high levels of customer service.
  • Contributing ideas towards enhancing the WWC programme and ways of working of the team.
