Job Title: Service Delivery Analyst

White & Case is seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Analyst to join our Global Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of exceptional service to our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on service delivery and operational improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a data or analyst role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, and experience with data analysis and visualization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • International and cross-cultural work experience, with the ability to work effectively in a global team.
